Shipping Insurance - Please note LuxHave is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments / orders. Once package is accepted by shipping carrier(s). Shipping carrier holds full responsibility of the shipment / order. Shipping Insurance is automatically placed on individual web order. Wholesale Orders must request shipping insurance, by not requesting shipping insurance it is implied that customer declines insurance.

It is a LuxHave priority to process all orders efficiently and securely to ensure safe delivery. We offer free shipping for all orders and flat rate shipping fees for expedited orders. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. For security reasons LuxHave cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
